“Section 2d. 2017 Wisconsin Act 331, section 97 (1) is amended to read:
[2017 Wisconsin Act 331] 97 (1) The repeal and recreation of section 20.165 (2) (j) of the statutes takes effect on June 30, 2021 2023.”.
****Note: Fixes a drafting omission to harmonize the effective date of the treatment of s. 20.165 (2) (j) by 2017 Wisconsin Act 331 with the effective date of the treatment of s. 20.165 (2) (j) by 2017 Wisconsin Act 59, as affected by this bill.
