Announcements, Adjournment Honors, and Remarks Under Special Privilege
Senator Erpenbach, with unanimous consent, asked that the Senate adjourn in honor of the Fiscal Bureau for all of the hard work Bob and the entire staff did. They worked very hard.
Senator Marklein, with unanimous consent, asked that the Senate adjourn in honor of Donald McNeil of Hartland. Uncle Don served two years in the Navy during WWII on a destroyer. When he returned from WWII, he attended Marquette University where he graduated with a degree in Journalism. He was called back into military service during the Korean War, serving an additional 14 months in the Navy on a destroyer. Uncle Don lost his hearing while serving in the Navy. He worked in the public relations department of the United Way of Greater Milwaukee, and later with the Milwaukee County Medical Society. In 1962 he started Executive Director, Inc.
