1.   Page 4, line 21: delete “statutes" and substitute “statutes, as affected by 2021 Wisconsin Act 50,".

2.   Page 4, line 22: delete “Collect" and substitute “Collection and reporting of".

3.   Page 4, line 23: delete “(1) (a) of the statutes" and substitute “(1r) (a) (intro.) of the statutes, as affected by 2021 Wisconsin Act 50,".

4.   Page 4, line 24: delete “(1) (a)" and substitute “(1r) (a) (intro.)".

5.   Page 5, line 5: delete “data" and substitute “all of the following:

SECTION 4b. 165.845 (1r) (a) 1. of the statutes, as affected by 2021 Wisconsin Act 50, is amended to read:

6.   Page 5, line 8: delete “(1) (b) of the statutes" and substitute “(1r) (b) of the statutes, as affected by 2021 Wisconsin Act 50,".

7.   Page 5, line 9: delete “(1)" and substitute “(1r)".

8.   Page 5, line 9: delete “forms or instructions or both" and substitute “instructions".

9.   Page 5, line 10: after “par. (a)," insert “a simple format in which to submit the information,".

10.   Page 5, line 11: after “classifying" insert “it,".

11.   Page 5, line 12: after “compilation." insert “The format provided under this paragraph shall, to the greatest extent feasible, minimize the time required by each law enforcement officer to submit the required information.".

12.   Page 5, line 13: delete “(1) (d)" and substitute “(1r) (e)".

13.   Page 5, line 14: delete “(1) (d)" and substitute “(1r) (e)".

14.   Page 5, line 17: delete lines 17 to 24.

15.   Page 7, line 1: delete “(1) (a)," and substitute “(1r) (a) (intro.) and 1.,".
