Moved by that Clearinghouse Rule 21-093 be recommended for partial objection: That the Senate Committee on Agriculture and Tourism, pursuant to s. 227.19 (4) (d), Stats., objects in part to Clearinghouse Rule 21-093, on the grounds that the rule is, in part, arbitrary and capricious. With respect to its partial objection, the Committee objects to the creation of s. ATCP 160.05 (4) (within Section 14 of the proposed rule), s. ATCP 160.39 (4) (within Section 49 of the proposed rule), and s. ATCP 160.49 (5) (within Section 52 of the proposed rule).
