2021 WISCONSIN ACT
An Act relating to: implementation of talent attraction and retention initiatives.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
AB940,1 Section 1. Nonstatutory provisions.
(1) No later than 30 days after the effective date of this subsection, the chief executive officer of the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation shall do all of the following:
(a) Submit a plan to the joint committee on finance describing in detail the corporation's plan for making the expenditures required under 2021 Wisconsin Act 58, Section 9149 (2), with respect to initiatives for the attraction of talent to and retention of talent in this state under s. 238.155.
(b) Ensure that the corporation begins making the expenditures required under 2021 Wisconsin Act 58, Section 9149 (2).
