AB294-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB294-AA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 4: delete lines 4 to 6 and substitute:

AB294-AA1,1,5 3“(a) “Consent” means a mutual acknowledgement obtained electronically or in
4writing between a person having authority to act on behalf of a restaurant and a
53rd-party food delivery service.”.

AB294-AA1,1,6 62. Page 2, line 17: after that line insert:

AB294-AA1,1,8 7“1. The 3rd-party food delivery service shall provide to the restaurant a dated
8receipt of the request.”.

AB294-AA1,1,9 93. Page 2, line 18: delete “1." and substitute “2.".

AB294-AA1,1,10 104. Page 2, line 20: delete “2." and substitute “3.".
