AB303-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB303-AA1,1,3 1. Page 6, line 18: delete the material beginning with “Projects that" and ending with “minimum speeds." on line 20.

AB303-AA1,1,4 2. Page 6, line 20: after that line insert:

AB303-AA1,1,5 “ Section 12m. 196.504 (2) (c) 1. h. of the statutes is created to read:

AB303-AA1,1,11 196.504 (2) (c) 1. h. Projects that are capable of exceeding the minimum speeds described in subd. 1. g. and projects that are capable of offering service at actual download speeds of 25 megabits per second or greater and upload speeds of 10 megabits per second or greater by a fixed wireless service provider requesting a grant of less than $100,000. Projects under this subd. 1. h. shall be given the same priority as each other and a higher priority than projects specified under subd. 1. g.”.
