AB303-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB303-AA2,1,2 1. Page 6, line 15: delete lines 15 to 20 and substitute:

AB303-AA2,1,3 “ Section 12. 196.504 (2) (c) 1. g. and h. of the statutes are created to read:

AB303-AA2,1,6 196.504 (2) (c) 1. g. In counties having a population of 200,000 or more, projects that are capable of offering service at actual download speeds of 100 megabits per second or greater and upload speeds of 100 megabits per second or greater.

AB303-AA2,1,10 h. In counties having a population of less than 200,000, projects that are capable of offering service at actual download speeds of 100 megabits per second or greater and upload speeds of 20 megabits per second or greater. Projects under this subd. 1. h. shall be given the same priority as projects specified under subd. 1. g.”.
