ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 2, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 395

AB395-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB395-AA2,1,2 1. Page 5, line 20: after “the individual" insert “has attained the age of 18 and".

AB395-AA2,1,4 2. Page 5, line 24: delete the material beginning with “satisfies" and ending with “The individual" on page 6, line 1.

AB395-AA2,1,5 3. Page 6, line 4: delete that line.

AB395-AA2,1,9 4. Page 9, line 10: delete lines 10 to 13 and substitute “vehicle owner for bodily injury and property damage to 3rd parties and for uninsured motorist and personal injury protection losses during the motor vehicle sharing duration in amounts stated in the motor vehicle sharing agreement that are no less than the following amounts:

AB395-AA2,1,11 1. Fifty thousand dollars because of bodily injury to or death of one person in any one accident.

AB395-AA2,1,13 2. Subject to the limit under subd. 1. for one person, $100,000 because of bodily injury to or death of 2 or more persons in any one accident.

AB395-AA2,2,2 3. If the accident results in injury to or destruction of property, $20,000 because of injury to or destruction of property of others in any one accident.

AB395-AA2,2,4 4. Uninsured motorist coverage under s. 632.32 (4) (a) of $50,000 per person and $100,000 per accident.

AB395-AA2,2,6 (am) An insurer writing a policy with respect to a peer-to-peer motor vehicle sharing program shall comply with s. 632.32 (4m).”.

AB395-AA2,2,8 5. Page 10, line 1: delete “uninsured and underinsured motorist or personal injury" and substitute “uninsured motorist and personal injury".

AB395-AA2,2,10 6. Page 10, line 2: delete “as required by s. 344.33 (2)" and substitute “in amounts no less than the minimum amounts set forth in par. (a) 1. to 4.".

AB395-AA2,2,12 7. Page 10, line 5: after “vehicle driver" insert “are aware of the availability of underinsured motorist coverage and".

AB395-AA2,2,13 8. Page 10, line 7: delete “s. 344.33 (2)" and substitute “par. (a) 1. to 4.".

AB395-AA2,2,14 9. Page 10, line 21: delete “s. 344.33 (2)" and substitute “par. (a) 1. to 4.".
