AB60-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:

AB60-AA1,1,3 “ Section 1m. 66.0119 (1) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB60-AA1,1,13 66.0119 (1) (a) “Inspection purposes" includes such purposes as building, housing, electrical, plumbing, heating, gas, fire, health, safety, environmental pollution, water quality, waterways, use of water, food, zoning, property assessment, meter and obtaining data required to be submitted in an initial site report or feasibility report under subch. III of ch. 289 or s. 291.23, 291.25, 291.29 or 291.31 or an environmental impact statement related to one of those reports. “Inspection purposes" also includes purposes for obtaining information specified in s. 196.02 (5m) by or on behalf of the public service commission and purposes for obtaining information regarding employees of and interested persons of an adult-entertainment establishment, as specified in s. 134.47 (3) (a).” .

AB60-AA1,2,2 2. Page 4, line 11: delete the material beginning with “who" and ending with “hours" on line 13.

AB60-AA1,2,9 3. Page 4, line 16: delete the material beginning with “An adult-entertainment" and ending with “request." on line 19 and substitute “If the adult-entertainment establishment does not comply with the law enforcement officer's request made under this paragraph, the law enforcement officer may seek the list pursuant to a special inspection warrant in accordance with s. 66.0119. An adult-entertainment establishment shall comply with a request made pursuant to a special inspection warrant under this paragraph.”.
