1. To be provided, upon request and in a manner designated by the victim,
7information regarding the location, testing date, and testing results of the sexual
8assault kit; whether a deoxyribonucleic acid analysis has been performed on the kit
9and, if an analysis has, whether or not a deoxyribonucleic acid profile has been
10developed and whether a comparison of the profile to profiles of known persons has
11identified a person; and the estimated destruction date of the sexual assault kit.

2. To be provided information regarding any change in the status of his or her
13case, including if the case has been closed or reopened.

13. To be provided written notification, upon request, from the entity with
2custody of the sexual assault kit not later than 60 days before the date of the intended
