WPGA Junior Foundation
Under current law, the WPGA Junior Foundation, Inc., which is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the game of golf to Wisconsin junior golfers and their families, is required to submit to the attorney general and each house of the legislature an audited financial statement of its use of payments paid to them by the Department of Tourism to fund efforts to provide opportunities, enjoyment, and education to junior golfers in this state.
This bill eliminates that reporting requirement.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

1. 41.24 (3) of the statutes is repealed.
