Homeless case management services grants
Under current law, DOA may award up to 10 grants of up to $50,000 each year to shelter facilities for case management services provided to homeless families. This bill eliminates the limit on the number of grants that may be awarded, and raises the grant limit to $75,000.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section
1. 16.3085 (2) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:
16.3085 (2) (a) From the appropriation under s. 20.505 (7) (kg), the department may award up to 10 grants, of up to $50,000 $75,000 each, annually to any shelter facility.
