State prescription drug purchasing entity
This bill requires OCI to conduct a study on the viability of creating or implementing a state prescription drug purchasing entity.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section 9123.
Nonstatutory provisions; Insurance.
(1) Prescription drug purchasing entity. During the 2023-2025 fiscal biennium, the office of the commissioner of insurance shall conduct a study on the viability of creating or implementing a state prescription drug purchasing entity.
