This bill requires DVA to contract with a vendor during the 2023-25 fiscal biennium to study the campus of the Wisconsin Veterans Home at King. The purpose of the study is to provide a framework to guide decision making for future operations and development on the campus of the Wisconsin Veterans Home at King. The study must be completed before June 1, 2025.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section 9148.
Nonstatutory provisions; Veterans Affairs.

Study for a master plan for the Wisconsin Veterans Home at King. From the appropriation under s. 20.485 (2) (u), during the 2023-25 fiscal biennium the department shall contract with a vendor to study the campus of the Wisconsin Veterans Home at King. The study shall provide a framework to guide decision making for future operations and development on the campus of the Wisconsin Veterans Home at King. The study shall be completed before June 1, 2025.
