Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Deaf-Blind Behavioral Health Treatment Center
This bill allows DHS, as part of the grants DHS is required to award for community programs, to distribute up to $1,936,000 in each fiscal year starting with fiscal year 2024-25 to a statewide provider of behavioral health treatment services for individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, or deaf-blind.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section
1. 46.48 (3m) of the statutes is created to read:
46.48 (3m) Deaf, hard of hearing, and deaf-blind behavioral health treatment center. The department may distribute not more than $1,936,000 in each fiscal year, beginning in fiscal year 2024-25, to a statewide provider of behavioral health treatment services for individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, or deaf-blind.
