This bill eliminates an obsolete appropriation.
2021 Wisconsin Act 58, the 2021 biennial budget, required the transfer of $1,520,300 in each fiscal year of that biennium from the unencumbered balance of the program-revenue-funded general program operations appropriation of OCI to an interagency and intraagency operations appropriation created in the act for the purpose of general program operations. The bill eliminates that appropriation.
