  Senator Felzkowski recognized the presence of Lieutenant Governor Sara Rodriguez, Attorney General Josh Kaul, State Treasurer John Leiber, State Superintendent of Public Instruction Jill Underly; Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Ann Walsh Bradley; and Wisconsin Tribal Leaders: Chairman James Crawford of the Forest County Potawatomi, President Jon Greendeer of the Ho-Chunk Nation, Vice Chairman Tweed Schumann of the Lac Courte Oreilles Band of Lake Superior Chippewa, Vice Chairman Michael Fish of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin, Chairman Tehassi Hill of the Oneida Nation.
  Assembly Sergeant at Arms Anne Tonnon Byers announced the arrival of Governor Tony Evers.
