NR 150.30(3)(c)1.1. Unless otherwise provided by law, the department shall provide a minimum of 30 days after the date the draft EIS is publicly announced to receive comments from other agencies and the public. NR 150.30(3)(c)2.2. Unless otherwise provided by law, the department may grant reasonable requests from any person to extend the comment period for the draft EIS. NR 150.30(3)(c)3.3. The public comment period may be extended for a minimum of 7 days after the date the hearing is held pursuant to par. (d).
