ETF 70.08 (3) and

ETF 70.02 regarding the start date for phasing out funds under the Wisconsin deferred compensation plan and emergency withdrawals for beneficiaries.

A public hearing is required and will be held on March 19, 2008. The Department's deferred compensation section is primarily responsible for this rule.
