Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On January 13, 2016, the Funeral Directors Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
The proposed rules affect Chapters FD 1 and 4 relating to applications, examinations, renewal of funeral director licenses, and approved continuing education.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 108-14, was approved by the Governor on October 1, 2014, published in Register No. 706A, on October 14, 2014 and approved by the Funeral Directors Examining Board on November 18, 2014.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on February 23, 2016.
