Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse

On October 13, 2017, the Controlled Substances Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

Analysis

The proposed rules affect Chapter CSB 2, relating to scheduling cyclopropyl fentanyl.

A related emergency rule, EmR1716, affecting the same Administrative Code provisions contained in this proposed rule and relating to the same purpose has been published and is in effect.

Statement of Scope

The scope statement for this rule, SS 075-17, was approved by the Governor on August 9, 2017, published in Register No. 740A2, on August 14, 2017, and approved by the Controlled Substances Board on August 28, 2017.

Agency Procedure for Promulgation

A public hearing is required and will be held on November 10, 2017.
