Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse

On July 27, 2020, the Department of Safety and Professional Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

Analysis

The proposed rules affect Chapters SPS 150 to 154, relating to athlete agent registration.

 

Statement of Scope

The scope statement for this rule, SS 065-20, was approved by the Governor on June 4, 2020 published in Register No. 774A2, on June 8, 2020 and approved by the Department of Safety and Professional Services on June 19, 2020.

Agency Procedure for Promulgation

A public hearing is required and will be held on August 28, 2020.
