Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

On August 11, 2020, the Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, and Social Work Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter MPSW 11, relating to degrees from programs accredited by the Commission for Accreditation of Counseling (CACREP).
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 112-19, was approved by the Governor on October 31, 2019, published in Register No. 767A2, on November 11, 2019, and approved by the Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, and Social Work Examining Board on January 21, 2020. A public hearing is required and will be held on October 13, 2020.
