Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On March 25, 2021, the Podiatry Affiliated Credentialing Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule affects Pod 1, relating to reciprocal credentials for service members, former service members, and their spouses.
Statement of Scope
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 077-20, was approved by the Governor on June 18, 2020, published in Register No. 774A4 on June 22, 2020, and approved by the Podiatry Affiliated Credentialing Board on July 12, 2020. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
