Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse

On September 30, 2021, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

Analysis

The proposed rules affect Chapters NR 10 and 45 relating to the 2021 Wildlife Management spring hearing rule for hunting, trapping, and target shooting.

 

Statement of Scope

The scope statement for this rule, SS 028-21, was approved by the Governor on February 26, 2021, published in Register No. 783A2 on March 8, 2021, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on April 14, 2021.

Agency Procedure for Promulgation

A public hearing is required and will be held on November 4, 2021.
