On March 3, 2022, the Department of Workforce Development (DWD) submitted CR 22-008, a proposed rule in final draft form, to the chief clerk of each house of the legislature pursuant to s. 227.19 (2), Wis. Stats.
This rule was approved by the governor on February 24, 2022.
