NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That, pursuant to s. 227.17, Stats., the Department of Revenue will hold a public hearing to consider a permanent rule revising Chapter Tax 11 relating to sales and use tax collection and remittance requirements for marketplace providers, sales agents, brokers, and consignors that facilitate sales on behalf of sellers as a result of changes made by 2019 Wisconsin Act 10.

Written comments must be submitted no later than April 1, 2022 and will be given the same consideration as testimony presented at the hearing.
