Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On February 25, 2023, the Department of Safety and Professional Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters SPS 381 to 387, relating to plumbing code update.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 140-20, was approved by the Governor on October 23, 2020, published in Register No. 778B, on October 26, 2020, and approved by the Department of Safety and Professional Services on September 24, 2020. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be on a date to be determined.
