Notice of Hearing
The Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs (DMA) announces that it will hold a public hearing on a permanent rule to create Chapter DMA 3, relating to reduction or waiver of penalties for voluntary self-disclosure by a small business of actual or potential violations of rules or guidelines, and affecting small businesses.

Please note that you will be required to present a state-issued ID at the gate entrance. Please park in the lot to the left of the entry gate and enter through the main doors. Once inside the building, guests should wait to be escorted to the hearing room.

Initial Regulatory Flexibility Analysis
The rule will have no negative impact on small businesses, financial or otherwise and in fact may financially benefit some small businesses.
This rule will have a slight economic impact on the state. The state will lose some money if fees or fines are not collected, or lesser fees are collected.
