Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

On July 19, 2024 the Public Service Commission submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter PSC 135, relating to gas safety. Statement of Scope
The revised scope statement for this rule, SS 047-23, was approved by the Governor on July 27, 2023, published in Register No. 811B on July 31, 2023, and approved by the Public Service Commission on September 28, 2023. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on August 21, 2024.
