On July 5, 2024, the Massage Therapy and Bodywork Therapy Affiliated Credentialing Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule revises MTBT, relating to Temporary Licenses.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 080-23, was approved by the Governor on October 19, 2023, published in Register No. 814A4 on October 23, 2023, and approved by the Massage Therapy and Bodywork Therapy Affiliated Credentialing Board on November 9, 2023. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on August 19, 2024.
