The Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection is submitting the attached petition and proposed rule seeking repeal of an unauthorized rule according to the process under Wis. Stat. § 227.26 (4).

The Department respectfully requests that you review the petition and proposed rule in accordance with Wis. Stat. § 227.15 (2) and submit both to the Joint Committee for Review of Administrative Rules along with a written report, including a statement of determination that the rule proposes to repeal an unauthorized rule.
