On March 26, 2025, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect ch. NR 10, relating to the 2025 Wildlife Management Spring Hearing rule. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 107-24, was approved by the Governor on October 31, 2024, published in Register No. 827 A1, on November 11, 2024, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on December 11, 2024. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on April 25, 2025.
