Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On March 20, 2025, the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule affects Chapter Trans 212 and 213 relating to standards for inspection for local bridge program. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 045-23, was approved by the Governor on July 6, 2023, published in the Wisconsin Administrative Register No. 811A2, on July 10, 2023, and approved by the Secretary of the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation Craig Thompson as required by s. 227.135 (2), Stats., on June 1, 2023. A public hearing is required and will be held on a date to be determined.
