Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On May 8, 2025, the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule affects ch. ATCP 94 relating to petroleum and other liquid fuel products.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 110-24, was approved by the Governor on October 31, 2024, published in Register No. 827A3, on November 18, 2024, and approved by the Board of the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection on January 30, 2025. A public hearing is required and will be held on June 24, 2025
