On May 9, 2025, the Radiography Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect RAD 1, 2, and 4 and relating to Definitions and Scope of Practice.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 034-24, was approved by the Governor on March 14, 2024, published in Register No. 819B on March 25, 2024, and approved by the Board on April 9, 2024. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on July 9, 2025.
