NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Department of Public Instruction will hold a public hearing as required under s. 227.16, Stats., to consider the promulgation of the following administrative rules:
Clearinghouse Rule 25-038, relating to modifying the one-year, renewable license with stipulations for school psychologists
Clearinghouse Rule 25-041, relating to Tier I special education aide program licenses
Clearinghouse Rule 25-042, relating to recognizing national certification for school counselor and school social worker licensure
Emergency Rule 2506, relating to modifying the 1-year, renewable license with stipulations for school psychologists
 
Each proposed rule is available to review at https://dpi.wi.gov/policy-budget/administrative-rules. The public hearing will be held by conference call only in the manner as follows:

The purpose of this hearing is to consider public testimony on the proposed rules under consideration. Individuals who wish to provide written comments on the proposed rule may do so via the online form for submitting comment at https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/code/chr/hearings and navigating to the appropriate rule to submit comment. Written comments received on or before the date of the hearing will be given the same consideration as testimony presented at the hearing.
