Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On June 3, 2025, the Department of Workforce Development submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule affects DWD Chapter 802, relating to Technical Education Equipment Grants. A related emergency rule, EmR2418, affecting similar Administrative Code provisions contained in this proposed rule and relating to the same purpose has been published and is in effect.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS085-24, was approved by the Governor on July 25, 2024, published in Register No. 824A1, on August 5, 2024, and approved by the DWD Secretary-Designee as required by s. 227.135 (2), Stats., on August 15, 2024. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on July 9, 2025, at 10 am.
