Notice Of Public Hearing & Comment Period

The Wisconsin Department of Corrections announces that it will hold a public hearing and comment period on a permanent rule to amend Wisconsin Administrative Code Chapter DOC 328, relating to short-term sanctions and contracting for the supervision of individuals.

APPEARANCES AT THE HEARING AND SUBMITTAL OF WRITTEN COMMENTS: Interested persons are invited to appear at the hearing and present comments on the proposed rules. Persons making oral presentations are required to submit their comments in writing. Written comments will be accepted into the record and receive the same consideration as testimony presented at the hearing if they are received by August 8th, 2025.
