Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On August 11, 2025, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
Analysis
The proposed rules affect ch. NR 64, Wis. Adm. Code, relating to all-terrain vehicles.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 071-24, was approved by the Governor on June 27, 2024, published in Register No. 823A2 on July 8, 2024, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on September 25, 2024.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on September 30, 2025.
