1995 WISCONSIN ACT 162
An Act to repeal 13.90 (7) and 20.765 (1) (e); and to create 13.90 (7) and 20.765 (1) (e) of the statutes; relating to: preparation of a plaque honoring the public service of Dr. H. Rupert Theobald and making an appropriation.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
162,1 Section 1 . 13.90 (7) of the statutes is created to read:
13.90 (7) The joint committee on legislative organization shall contract for a bas-relief plaque, to be prepared by a suitable sculptor, to display a representation of Dr. H. Rupert Theobald honoring his public service, for placement in the assembly chamber.
162,2 Section 2 . 13.90 (7) of the statutes, as created by 1995 Wisconsin Act .... (this act), is repealed.
162,3 Section 3 . 20.005 (3) (schedule) of the statutes: at the appropriate place, insert the following amounts for the purposes indicated: - See PDF for table PDF
162,4 Section 4 . 20.765 (1) (e) of the statutes is created to read:
20.765 (1) (e) H. Rupert Theobald plaque. As a continuing appropriation, the amounts in the schedule for the joint committee on legislative organization to contract for preparation of a plaque under s. 13.90 (7).
162,5 Section 5 . 20.765 (1) (e) of the statutes, as created by 1995 Wisconsin Act .... (this act), is repealed.
162,6 Section 6 . Effective dates. This act takes effect on the day after publication, except as follows:
(1) The repeal of sections 13.90 (7) and 20.765 (1) (e) of the statutes takes effect on January 1, 1998.
