Of the amounts in the schedule, $25,000 shall be allocated in each fiscal year for state sponsorship of, and advertising during, media broadcasts of the Milwaukee symphony. Of the amounts in the schedule, $50,000 shall be allocated for grants to America's Black Holocaust Museum in the city of Milwaukee.
