2009 WISCONSIN ACT 241

An Act to repeal 348.185 and 348.21 (1) of the statutes; relating to: displaying the empty weight on the side of certain motor vehicles (suggested as remedial legislation by the Department of Transportation).

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

241,1 Section 1. 348.185 of the statutes is repealed.

241,2 Section 2. 348.21 (1) of the statutes is repealed.
