2011 WISCONSIN ACT 235

An Act to repeal 341.10 (6m) of the statutes; relating to: the registration of certain military vehicles by the Department of Transportation.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

235,1 Section 1. 341.10 (6m) of the statutes is repealed.

235,2 Section 2. Initial applicability.

(1) This act first applies to applications for registration received by the department of transportation on the effective date of this subsection.

235,3 Section 3. Effective date.

(1) This act takes effect on the first day of the 3rd month beginning after publication.
