2011 WISCONSIN ACT 281
An Act to repeal 95.26 (1) and (2) and 95.49 (1); and to amend 95.49 (2) of the statutes; relating to: brucellosis testing of milk, cream, and cattle and restrictions on moving or sale of American bison and other animal species.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
281,1 Section 1. 95.26 (1) and (2) of the statutes are repealed.
281,2 Section 2. 95.49 (1) of the statutes is repealed.
281,3 Section 3. 95.49 (2) of the statutes is amended to read:
95.49 (2) Animals moved to the premises of an animal market or animal dealer pursuant to the exemption from brucellosis test in sub. (1) (e) or (1m) (e) may be removed only in compliance with the brucellosis test requirements in sub. (1) or (1m).
