2017 WISCONSIN ACT 354
An Act to repeal 47.03 (11); and to amend 16.84 (8) of the statutes; relating to: the supervised business initiatives program.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
354,1 Section 1. 16.84 (8) of the statutes is amended to read:
16.84 (8) Let concessions for periods not exceeding 2 years in the capitol and state office buildings, under such terms and conditions as will in its judgment be most favorable to the state, and in accordance with s. 47.03 (4), (5), and (7) and (11).
354,2 Section 2. 47.03 (11) of the statutes is repealed.
