2017 WISCONSIN ACT 49

An Act relating to: repealing a rule of the Department of Transportation related to the purchase of school buses for school transportation.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

49,1 Section 1. Trans 300.13 (intro.) of the administrative code is repealed.

49,2 Section 2. Effective date.

(1) Notwithstanding section 227.265 of the statutes, this act takes effect on the day after publication.
