DFI-CCS 1.10(3)(b) (b) For filing and indexing a UCC search request communicated by an authorized medium which is other than on paper or in a paper-based format, $7.00.
DFI-CCS 1.10(3)(c) (c) For a copy of an individual financing statement and the filings associated therewith, $4.00.
DFI-CCS 1.10(3)(e) (e) Fees for other services are as follows:
DFI-CCS 1.10(3)(e)1. 1. A copy of weekly data base updates of indexed filings, $250.00.
DFI-CCS 1.10(3)(e)2. 2. A copy of the full data base of indexed filings, which shall at a minimum include both active filings and filings that have lapsed within the last year, $500.00.
DFI-CCS 1.10(3)(e)3. 3. Images of indexed filings of UCC documents filed in the most recent calendar week, $250.00.
DFI-CCS 1.10(3)(e)4. 4. A full index of UCC images, $250 plus any third-party vendor charges to retrieve and provide the images. The department shall provide the requester with an estimate of any third-party vendor charges before incurring them, and it may require the requester to pay all or a portion of such charges in advance.
DFI-CCS 1.10(3)(e)5. 5. Certification of any individual document or image requested under this section, $10.00.
DFI-CCS 1.10(3)(e)6. 6. If requested at the time of initial online filing, notification service providing notice of an upcoming lapse or any amendment, $7.00 per financing statement.
DFI-CCS 1.10(4) (4) Filing agents of the department. With the exception of termination statements, filing agents of the department who have completed the training and met the requirements established by the filing officer shall retain $10.00 from each paper filing processed by the filing agent's office. The remainder of the filing fee shall be sent to the department, not less than once each month. The filing agent shall receive no reimbursement for processing termination statements.

DFI-CCS 1.11 DFI-CCS 1.11 Methods of payment. Filing fees and fees for public records services shall be paid by any of the following methods:
DFI-CCS 1.11(2) (2) Checks. Checks made payable to the filing office for the full amount due and owing shall be accepted for payment if they are cashier's checks, certified checks, or other negotiable instruments made payable to the filing office through a depository institution located in the United States.
DFI-CCS 1.11(3) (3) Electronic funds transfer. The filing office may accept payment via electronic funds transfer under National Automated ClearingHouse Association (“NACHA") rules from remitters who have entered into appropriate NACHA-approved arrangements for these transfers and who authorize the relevant transfer pursuant to these arrangements.
DFI-CCS 1.11(4) (4) Debit cards or credit cards, or both. The department may accept payment by debit or credit cards, or both, from a major card company approved by the department via the department's online payment system.
DFI-CCS 1.11(5) (5) Other. Additional forms of payment may be approved by the department.

DFI-CCS 1.12 DFI-CCS 1.12 Underpayment. Upon receipt of a document with an insufficient fee, the filing officer shall return the document with a notice of deficiency as provided in s. DFI-CCS 2.05.

DFI-CCS 1.13 DFI-CCS 1.13 Public records services. The following methods shall be available for obtaining copies of UCC documents and copies of data from the UCC information management system:
DFI-CCS 1.13(1) (1) Documents relating to specific financing statements. Copies of UCC documents shall be available in paper or portable document format (“pdf”). Requests for UCC documents relating to one or more specific financing statements shall be delivered to the filing office by any of the means by which UCC documents may be delivered.
DFI-CCS 1.13(2) (2) Bulk copies of documents. Bulk copies of UCC documents shall be available. Information on the media in which bulk copies shall be made available can be obtained from the filing officer.
DFI-CCS 1.13(3) (3) Data from the information management system.
DFI-CCS 1.13(3)(a) (a) Availability. A list of available data elements from the UCC information management system and the file layout of the data elements shall be available from the filing officer upon request.
DFI-CCS 1.13(3)(b) (b) Full extract. A bulk data extract of information from the UCC information management system shall be available monthly.
DFI-CCS 1.13(3)(c) (c) Update extracts. Updates to the UCC information management system shall be available weekly.
DFI-CCS 1.13(3)(d) (d) Format. Information on the format of extracts from the UCC information management system shall be available from the filing officer.
DFI-CCS 1.13(4) (4) Direct on-line services. A description of on-line services shall be available from the filing officer regarding UCC data and images.
