NR 225.06(3)(c) (c) The production used to determine annual limitations shall be the production for each commodity during the entire processing season or calendar year.
NR 225.06(4) (4) Discharge limitations for facilities subject to limitations covering more than one commodity or subcategory shall be the sum of limitations determined for the individual commodities or subcategories determined in accordance with subs. (2) and (3).
NR 225.06(5) (5) The effluent limitations and standards set forth in this chapter for subcategories (6) through (8) are applicable only to large and medium size point source facilities or plants.
NR 225.06(6) (6) For the purposes of ss. NR 225.10 and 225.11 the effluent limitations and standards of this chapter are not applicable to:
NR 225.06(6)(a) (a) Facilities which are single commodity 100% canned corn processing plants, or
NR 225.06(6)(b) (b) Facilities which are multi-commodity frozen vegetable processing plants with total annual raw material production less than 7,264 kkg (8,000 tons) per year.
